I've dealt with a lot of companies who provide services to residential customers and the service levels are either ok or not good at all. Giles was on time for the appointment (he was actually a couple minutes early), which is practically unheard of, identified the issue's, explained the issue's in a way I could understand, and presented me with options to address these issues. He continued to consult with me throughout the repair and cleaned up after he was complete. Anyway, it's rare that someone exceeds satisfactory service, but Giles was an excellent representative of your company and, if I ever have the chance to refer him, I will do so.
